2. Dispatch Time


• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

• Please note that dispatch times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.


3. Payment


• Payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway.

• All orders require advance payment at the time of purchase. We do not offer cash on delivery or post-payment options.


4. Return and Refund Policy


• No Returns: Please note that we do not accept returns on any products once sold.

• In case of any issues, please refer to the section below for incorrect deliveries.


5. Incorrect Item Delivered


• If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately by sending the following details:

• Your order ID

• Photos of the received item(s)

• A brief description of the issue

• You can reach out to us via email or WhatsApp.

• Upon verification, if it is confirmed that an incorrect item was delivered, we will arrange for the item to be returned and the correct product to be delivered.
